At just 20 years old, Jay hails from Malvern and just graduated from studying Sports Coaching and Development at RNC. He is an active player on the College team in the National Blind Football League. Boxer and weightlifter ready for the championship of the UK
Jay's journey into blind football began when he joined his College's Sports Academy. Having always enjoyed playing football with his friends prior to losing his sight, he was keen to explore this new avenue. For Jay, blind football has become much more than just a sport; it has played a pivotal role in helping him regain his confidence.
We are proud to have Jay on our books and look forward to seeing his continued growth both on and off the field.

As many of you know, I’m 19 years old and hail from Northern Ireland. I’ve been training for about 3 years now, with the last 2 years being quite serious.
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve competed in several bodybuilding competitions, and I’ve recently received an invite to the prestigious British finals, which I’m considering participating in!
Alongside my passion for bodybuilding, I work as a personal trainer and online coach. Nothing makes me happier than helping others achieve their fitness goals and get in the best shape of their lives.
